Prostate Project Day - 22nd October 2018

We would like to thank everyone who took part in the ‘Jock Allan's Charity Golf Day’ on the 22^nd October 2018 to raise money for The Prostate Project.

It was great to see Colin Stokes from the Prostate Project who delivered a very informative talk on the benefits of awareness of Prostate Cancer. He also provided an update on the progress that the charity is making into research of this illness.

We were very fortunate to have  good weather  for the day, and hopefully you all enjoyed the meal and the Auction. The total raised was a fantastic £3,631.00

We had  76 members and guests registered to play.  I’m sure we all appreciate the help provided on the day at registration and during the day by the following ladies  Jean Peacock, Barbara Stokes, Jill Smith and Pauline Aubigne. We would also like to thank the club and the staff for supporting the event.
