Senior Section Trophies get a lot of wear tear - and sometimes they need a little TLC.
Take, for instance, the Baz Backhouse Trophy which has suffered damage on a number of occasions.
We were thinking of buying a new trophy until Jonathan Lean said "let me have one last go at repairing it".
Fans of the television series The Repair Shop would be impressed with the result, pictured below. Thanks, Jonathan, for saving the section the cost of a new trophy - all for a tube of Araldite!
Then there is the Three Clubs and a Putter Trophy which used to be the Two Clubs and a Putter Trophy. How could we update it?

Algy Grimes remembered that on the occasion of his 70th birthday he was presented with a cake decorated with a couple of plastic golf clubs.
Trophy Custodian Dave Wood took Algy's cake decoration and glued it to the Trophy - and you can hardly see the join!
