It was a blustery day at the JOG when the opposition arrived with
a strong team of low-mid handicap and a sprinkling of high handicappers all
with a glint in the eye looking for revenge!
Just like the OK Corral.
The game as it panned out was of give and take, which showed as the
pairs came in. Win 2, Lose 2, Win 2, Lose 1. It all came down to the last pair who
apparently were 3 down at one point but came in with a creditable DRAW.
Afterwards we all enjoyed a beer in the bar, an exceptional dinner
and sweet and a lot of banter.
Captain Jim left the score to Captain David to announce a JOG WIN
4.1/2 to 3.1/2.
