Hole in One for Phil Bracken Oct 15 2026

Phil Bracken celebrates after a hole in one at the roll-up on Thursday Oct 15. The feat took place on the John O'Gaunt 4th hole following which he rang the bell and bought everyone a drink. Phil took a 7 iron for the 164-yard shot which took one bounce before the green, one more bounce on the green, hit the stick and disappeared. Phil, who was playing with Graham Gadsden, Richard Coventry and Tony Goodson wasn't 100 per cent convinced until he walked up to the green and picked the ball out of the hole.  Sadly his 43 roll-up score with Graham was beaten by two 45s
